How to get Warden’s Law (Legendary Hand Cannon) in Destiny 2
Warden’s Law is back in Destiny 2, having been last seen during the Red War campaign. This is a unique, 257 rpm hand cannon that fires a two round burst, which allows you to deal big damage to your opponents. Today I am going to take a closer look at Warden’s Law, the stats, the perks, the god rolls for PVE and PVP, plus how to get Warden’s Law in Destiny 2.
How to get Warden’s Law
Warden’s Law is now a nightfall exclusive weapon, meaning you’ll have to run nightfalls when the weapon is available in the rotation. Each week we have a featured weapon in Nightfall strikes. At the time of publishing this guide it’s available right now, plus it’s double nightfall rewards week, so it’s the best time to jump into nightfalls and farm for a great roll of Warden’s Law. If you complete Grandmaster Nightfalls you’ll also have a chance at getting an adept version.
Warden’s Law
Warden’s Law is a Legendary Kinetic Hand Cannon with a Heavy Burst meaning it fires a hard-hitting, two-round burst. Looking at the stats we have Impact 92, Range 56, Stability 29, Handling 24, Reload Speed 27, Aim Assistance 68, Airborne Effectiveness 10, Rounds Per Minute 257 and Magazine 16.
We have a couple of origin traits to choose from including
- Stunning Recovery – Stunning a Champion partially refills your magazine, triggers health regeneration, and improves recovery for a short duration.
- Vanguard’s Vindication – Final blows with this weapon grant a small amount of health.
Warden’s Law God Roll Guide
For PVE Hammer-Forged Rifling, Accurized Rounds, Fourth Time’s the Charm, and Frenzy would be good.
- Hammer-Forged Rifling – Increases range
- Accurized Rounds – Increases range
- Fourth Time’s the Charm – Rapidly landing precision hits will return two rounds to the magazine.
- Frenzy – Being in combat for an extended time increases damage, handling, and reload for this weapon until you are out of combat.
For PVP Fluted Barrel, Tactical Mag, Snapshot Sights and Kill Clip would be good.
- Fluted Barrel – Greatly increases handling speed, slightly increases stability
- Tactical Mag – Slightly increases stability, increases reload speed, slightly increases magazine size
- Snapshot Sights – Faster time to aim down sights
- Kill Clip – Reloading after a kill grants increased damage.
