Season of Defiance

How to get Royal Executioner (Legendary Fusion Rifle) Plus God Roll Guide in Destiny 2

Royal Executioner is a fusion rifle added to Destiny 2 as part of Season of Defiance. This one is built for PVE combat, although is workable in PVP, but this thing slaps in Vanguard Ops, Nightfalls, Dungeons and Raids. Today I am going to check out the Royal Executioner in more detail, look at the stats, the perks, the god rolls to chase for PVP and PVE plus look at how to get Royal Executioner in Destiny 2.

How to get Royal Executioner

To get this one you can take part in the seasonal activity for Season of Defiance, called Defiance Battlegrounds, it has a chance to drop from the chest at the end. Also, you can get your red bordered versions of the weapon, extract the deepsight and then craft the weapon at the Enclave on Savathun’s Throne World.

Royal Executioner

Royal Executioner is a Legendary Energy Fusion Rifle with an Adaptive Frame meaning it has a well-rounded grip, reliable and sturdy. Looking at the stats we have Impact 70, Range 31, Stability 35, Handling 30, Reload Speed 32, Airborne Effectiveness 6, Charge Time 660, and Magazine 6.

The origin trait here is Noble Deeds. This weapon gains charges after assisting allies with revives, healing, overshields, or subclass buffs. Defeating targets consumes charges. While charged, this weapon gains bonus handling and reload speed.

Royal Executioner is a whole load of fun, and one of the best weapons to get in Season of Defiance. Envious Assassin is crazy, allowing a huge magazine overflow. Then pair that with Reservoir Burst, then you’re going to have a 25% damage buff nearly constantly. Then if you don’t like Reservoir Burst then you have incandescent as an alternative. It’s really good fun, and if there’s one weapon you should be crafting this season, this is the one.

Royal Executioner God Roll Guide

For PVE Arrowhead Brake, Accelerated Coils, Envious Assassin and Reservoir Burst would be good.

  • Arrowhead Brake – Greatly controls recoil, Increases handling speed
  • Accelerated Coils – Faster charge time, Decreases impact damage
  • Envious Assassin – Rapidly defeating targets with other weapons before drawing this one transfers ammo to the magazine from reserves. This effect can overflow the magazine based on the number of targets defeated.
  • Reservoir Burst – When the battery is full, your next burst deals additional damage and causes enemies to explode on death.

For PVP Arrowhead Brake, Accelerated Coils, Firmly Planted and Killing Wind would be good.

  • Arrowhead Brake – Greatly controls recoil, Increases handling speed
  • Accelerated Coils – Faster charge time, Decreases impact damage
  • Firmly Planted – Increased accuracy, stability, and handling when firing while crouched.
  • Killing Wind – Final blows grant increased mobility, weapon range, and handling for a short duration.

Let me know in the comments what you think about this one.
