Nameless Midnight is a classic Destiny weapon and it’s returned in Season of Defiance as part of the Lightfall expansion. This is a great Scout Rifle that’s going to help you tear through enemies in PVE and PVP content, and today I’m going to check out the weapon in more detail, look at the stats, the perks, the god rolls to chase in PVE and PVP, plus also, how to get Nameless Midnight in Destiny 2.

How to get Nameless Midnight

To get Nameless Midnight you’ll want to complete Vanguard Ops, and it’s a random drop from the activity at the end. You can also rank up at Zavala in the Tower for a chance at getting this weapon to drop, but most likely the best and quickest way to get Nameless Midnight is through Vanguard Ops activity completions.

Nameless Midnight

Nameless Midnight is a Legendary Kinetic Scout Rifle with a Precision Frame meaning this weapon’s recoil pattern is more predictably vertical. Looking at the stats we have Impact 62, Range 40, Stability 38, Handling 41, Reload Speed 44, Airborne Effectiveness 10, Rounds Per Minute 180, and Magazine 16.

This one comes with the Origin Trait Vanguard’s Vindication. This is where final blows with the weapon grant a small amount of health.

Nameless Midnight God Roll guide

For PVE Chambered Compensator, Appended Mag, Triple Tap and Explosive Payload would be good.

Chambered Compensator – Increases stability, Moderately controls recoil, Slightly decreases handling speed
Appended Mag – Increases magazine size
Triple Tap – Rapidly landing precision hits will return one round to the magazine.
Explosive Payload – Projectiles create an area-of-effect detonation on impact.

For PVP Arrowhead Brake, Appended Mag, Slideways and Opening Shot would be good.

Arrowhead Brake – Greatly controls recoil, Increases handling speed
Appended Mag – Increases magazine size
Slideways – Sliding partially reloads this weapon’s magazine and temporarily boosts handling and stability.
Opening Shot – Improved accuracy and range on the opening shot of attack.
