How to get Firefright (Legendary Auto Rifle) Plus God Roll Guide in Destiny 2
Firefright is a decent Auto Rifle added to Destiny 2 as part of Season of the Haunted. It’s a 450 rpm auto rifle, but it can really pack a punch, so this one is going to be a useful addition to your arsenal in Season of the Haunted. Today I am going to check out the weapon, the stats, the perks, and the god rolls to chase for PVE and PVP, plus look at how to get Firefright in Destiny 2.
Firefright is a Legendary Kinetic Auto Rifle with a Precision Frame meaning the weapon’s recoil pattern is more predictably vertical. Looking at the stats we have Impact 29, Range 58, Stability 41, Handling 41, Reload Speed 44, Rounds Per Minute 450 and Magazine 34.
Firefright is a great auto rifle, with a decent perk pool. It’s not going to reach the heights of Krait (auto rifle), or perhaps Funnelweb (SMG). In PVP it’s going to struggle against faster firing weapons, given this is a 450 rpm auto rifle, however, in PVE it’s going to be competitive. It’s worth keeping an eye on the sandbox if Bungie buff this archetype of auto rifles because it’s very close to being great. For now, it’s useful, plus it sounds awesome.
Firefright God Roll Guide
For PVE Corkscrew Rifling, Light Mag, Fourth Time’s The Charm, and Focused Fury would be a good roll.
- Corkscrew Rifling – Slightly increases range and stability, Slightly increases handling speed
- Light Mag – Increases reload speed, Slightly increases range
- Fourth Time’s The Charm – Rapidly landing precision hits will return two rounds to the magazine.
- Focused Fury – Dealing half of the magazine as precision damage grants this weapon bonus damage. The shot count is reset whenever the weapon is reloaded or stowed.
For PVP Hammer-Forged Rifling, Ricochet Rounds, Fragile Focus and Elemental Capacitor would be a decent roll.
- Hammer-Forged Rifling – Increases range
- Ricochet Rounds – Increases stability, Slightly increases range
- Fragile Focus – This weapon gains bonus range until the wielder takes damage. The bonus returns when no damage is taken for a short duration.
- Elemental Capacitor – Increased stats based on the currently equipped subclass. Solar increases your reload speed, Arc increases handling, Void increases stability, Stasis moderately controls recoil and increases movement speed when aiming down sights.
How to get Firefright
To get this one you have to have Season of the Haunted, given it’s a seasonal weapon. You can get this one to drop from the Nightmare Containment activity, and it has the chance to drop at the end. Make sure you have enough Vestiges of Dread to get that extra loot from the activity, as it’s not only the loot chest you want to look out for but the glowing red thing behind the chest. Interact with that, and you should get seasonal loot to drop. You can also get this one from the season pass at rank 45. You can also craft this weapon at the Enclave on Mars, and you’ll have to collect 5 deep sight versions (red bordered) Firefrights and level them up to get the weapon pattern.
