How to get Staccato-46 (Legendary Scout Rifle) Plus God Roll Guide in Destiny 2

The Staccato-46 is a new Solar Scout Rifle added to Destiny 3 as part of Season of the Haunted. This is a precision frame Scout Rifle, plus given it’s a solar weapon it means it’s going to be great for Solar 3.0 builds. Today I am going to check out the weapon, the stats, and the god rolls to chase for PVP and PVE, plus check out how to get Staccato-46 in Destiny 2.

Staccato-46 is a Legendary Energy Scout Rifle with a Precision Frame meaning this weapon’s recoil pattern is more predictably vertical. Looking at the stats we have Impact 62, Range 39, Stability 44, Handling 38, Reload Speed 40, Rounds Per Minute 180, and Magazine 16.

This is similar to Vision of Confluence, although arguably much easier to get given it’s in the world loot pool, and you can pick this up from vendors, as well as find it out there in the wild. It has some great perks on the weapon too, which could even surpass Vision of Confluence.

Destiny 2 doesn’t have too many Solar Scout Rifles, plus this season we have the anti-champion scout rifle mods available on the seasonal artefact. So Scout Rifles are definitely in fashion at the moment given their use in end-game content. This one isn’t craftable, but the perk pool has some great options meaning this one is going to be a very good addition to your arsenal for PVE and PVP.

Staccato-46 God Roll Guide

For PVE Triple Tap and Incandescent would be a decent roll. Triple Tap is where Rapidly landing precision hits will return one round to the magazine. Then Incandescent Defeating a target spreads scorch to those nearby. More powerful combatants and opposing Guardians cause scorch in a larger radius. Also, you have the ever-popular combination of Outlaw and Rampage, plus Triple Tap and Explosive Payload is also a top-tier roll on the weapon. As mentioned before, this scout rifle has some great perks available.

For PVP Triple Tap and Explosive Payload would be a decent roll. We’ve been through the benefits of Triple Tap, however, Explosive Payload is where projectiles create an area-of-effect detonation on impact. Well-Rounded and Incandescent is also a decent roll. Well Rounded is where Throwing a grenade or hitting a target with a charged melee grants a stacking bonus to weapon stability, handling, and range.

How to get Staccato-46

Staccato-46 is from the world loot pool, meaning you can get this from a variety of activities that don’t have a dedicated loot pool. For example, strikes, the crucible, gambit etc. You can also pick this one up from Banshee-44, and if you check out this guide on the day of release (22nd June 2022), then go to Banshee-44 in the Tower right now to pick up the Triple Tap and Explosive Payload roll. You don’t have to run a bunch of activities, and Banshee is selling this s-tier roll of a great solar scout rifle.
