How to get The Epicurean (Legendary Fusion Rifle) Plus God Roll Guide in Destiny 2
The Epicurean is a returning Fusion rifle added back into Destiny 2 as part of Season of the Haunted. This is void Fusion, so it could be very effective in Void 3.0 builds. Today I am going to check out the weapon in more detail, check out the stats and perks, plus the god roll guide and look at how to get The Epicurean in Destiny 2.
The Epicurean is a Legendary Energy Fusion Rifle with a Precision Frame meaning this weapon’s recoil pattern is more predictably vertical. Looking at the stats we have Impact 80, Range 59, Stability 49, Handling 30, Reload Speed 26, Charge Time 780, and Magazine 6.
The Epicurean Fusion Rifle is a returning weapon, originally introduced in Season of Opulence. It’s back and it’s been given a brand new perk pool. This one is pretty versatile meaning it’s going to be good in PVE, but even better in PVP.
The Epicurean God Roll Guide
For PVE Corkscrew Rifling, Liquid Coils, Feeding Frenzy, Swashbuckler would be a good roll.
- Corkscrew Rifling – Slightly increases range and stability
- Liquid Coils – Increases impact damage, slower charge time
- Feeding Frenzy – Each rapid kill with the weapon increases the reload speed for a short time
- Swashbuckler – The weapon gains increased damage from melee kills and kills with the weapon
For PVP Arrowhead Brake, Accelerated Coils, Quickdraw and Rangerfinder would be a decent roll.
- Arrowhead Brake – Greatly controls recoil, increases handling speed
- Accelerated Coils – Faster charge time
- Quickdraw – The weapon can be drawn unbelievably fast
- Rangefinder – Aiming the weapon increases its effectvie range and zoom.
How to get The Epicurean
To get this one you will have to run the Duality Dungeon, recently added as part of Season of the Haunted. I got this one to drop for me from the final boss. In the previous Dungeon, we’ve had a loot table, where specific loot drops from specific bosses. It seems like this Dungeon is different than previous ones. I’ve seen loot tables show that The Epicurean drops from the first boss, but mine dropped from the final boss. I’ve also seen other comments on reddit suggesting there’s a chance for all weapons to drop from all encounters (except the exotic, which comes from the final boss). I can only tell you how I got it and that was a drop from the final boss.
The good news with the Duality Dungeon is you can farm this Dungeon right from day one. This means you can go in time and time again, and you’ll get loot as a reward. Previously in Dungeons loot has been locked per week, but this one is different, meaning you’ll hopefully have all the Duality Dungeon loot you want very soon.
Let me know what you think in the comments of the Epicurean and let me know your top roll.
