Huge Destiny Sale! Big savings on past DLCs

Over the past few days, Bungie has held massive sales on Destiny DLCS, including up to 67% off past expansions including Forsaken, Shadowkeep, and Beyond Light. If you’ve been playing free-to-play and missing out on some of the great story, exotics, and armor pieces, then now may be the perfect time to pick up these past expansions. Today I’m going to run through the savings, where to get them, plus what you get for your money.

Black Friday was this past week and Bungie has been holding sales across Steam, The PlayStation, and Microsoft Stores, and this includes up to 67% off, meaning you could pick up some great content either yourself or perhaps this could be a great Christmas gift for you or a friend or loved one.

First of all, let’s have a look at Steam.

Over on PC Steam is having a sale at the moment and this includes 67% off Forsaken, 67% off Shadowkeep, and 50% off Beyond Light. There is also the Legendary Edition, which is 60% off at the moment, and you’ll get all the expansions Forsaken, Shadowkeep, and Beyond Light.

Looking at Forsaken this is £19.99 normally, but you can pick this up for £6.59. The same goes for Shadowkeep. Beyond Light was previously £34.99 and that’s down to £17.49 and then finally the Legendary Edition was £69.99 and now it’s £27.99.

Next, let’s have a look at the PlayStation Store.

The PlayStation store has many of the same savings with Forsaken going for £6.59 at 67% off, same for Shadowkeep and Beyond light reduced from £34.99 to £17.49 at 50% off. The Legendary Edition is available here too at 60% off reduced from £69.99 to £27.99.

There are also similar savings on the Microsoft Store.

Let’s have a look at what you get for the cost

Ace of Spades
The Last Word
Le Monarque
Izanagi’s Burden
Bad Juju

Dreaming City
Tangeled Shore

The Last Wish Raid
Shattered Throne Dungeon

The Forsaken Campaign is going free to play in December 2021, but then the Tangled Shore is getting vaulted with Witch Queen.

For me, the Exotics are the main benefit of the pretty small cost. To put it into context this is probably the same amount you’d spent on lunch somewhere or maybe a cup of coffee and breakfast. Ace of Spades, Thorn, Anarchy, Jotunn, and Izanagi’s Burden are some of the most powerful exotics in the game.

Leviathan’s Breath
Eriana’s Vow
Devil’s Ruin
Tommy’s Matchbook
The Fourth Horseman
Ruinous Effigy
Traveler’s Chosen

Garden of Salvation Raid
Pit of Heresy Dungeon
Nightmare Hunts

Although perhaps the weakest DLC from everything we have on offer, again the price is very good for what you get. Eriana’s Vow, Witherhoard, Traveler’s Chosen are all very good, and Leviathan’s Breath is getting a major buff.

Ager’s Scepter
Cryosthesia 77k

The Path of Burning Steps
Mantle of Battle Harmony

Deep Stone Crypt Raid

Here we have an absolute wealth of exotic weapons, plus loads of exotic armor and also the stasis subclass, the first darkness subclass in Destiny 2. All of these things really improve your build potential and make Destiny a whole load of fun whether you enjoy PVP or PVE.

Of course, you don’t have to buy any of this if you don’t want to. However, the sales are pretty good at the moment. There’s nothing letting us know how long these sales are going on, but if you want to pick these up for Christmas, or maybe a family member like a brother, parents, uncle, or grandparents, maybe they could pick it up for you? Now is a great time to get these deals, so you can enjoy Destiny 2 to the max.

Let me know down in the comments what you think of the deals, and if you decide to buy let me know!
