Season of the Splicer

Destiny 2 – How to get Stochastic Variable (Legendary Submachine Gun) Plus God Roll Guide

Stochastic Variable is a returning submachine gun from the Future War Cult set of weapons and it’s a deadly submachine gun. Today I am going to look at Stochastic Variable, it’s stats, the god roll guide for PVP and PVE plus how to get Stochastic Variable in Destiny 2.

Stochastic Variable Legendary Energy Submachine Gun with a Lightweight Frame meaning it has superb handling. Move faster with this weapon equipped. Looking at the stats we have Impact 15, Range 40, Stability 42, Handling 55, Reload Speed 34, Rounds Per Minute 900, Magazine 36

Stochastic Variable God Roll Guide

For PVE Corkscrew Rifling, Richochet Rounds, Feeding Frenzy and Multikill Clip would eb a decent roll. Corkscrew Rifling gives you that small boost to range, stability and handling and richochet rounds again a small boost to range, but a bigger boost to stability (which is always good on SMGs). Feeding Frenzy increases the reload speed after a kill and multikill clip gives you increased damage on reloading. Ambitious Assassin and Dragonfly is also a decent roll for PVE.

For PVP Smallbore, High-Calibre Rounds, Zen Moment and Quickdraw would be a good roll. Smallbore gives us the boost to range and stability, very handy for PVP. High Calibre Rounds again boosts range, and Zen Moment gives us more stability when we cause damage, and finally Quickdraw gets the weapon in our hands faster.

How to get Stochastic Variable

Stochastic Variable is in the world loot pool in Season of the Splicer meaning it’s a random drop from activities. This can drop from the end of activities like Strikes, Cruicble, Gambit, plus random drops from chests and engrams. You are at the mercy of RNG when it comes to getting this weapon, but I have seen a few this season, so keep opening packages, umbral engrams and doing activities and you’ll get it.

There’s been some great stories this season, and this weapon is no different when it comes to the lore. Let’s check it out.
