Destiny 2 – How to get Hezen Vengence (Legendary Rocket Launcher)

Hezen Vengence is a returning Rocket Launcher that has come back to us from Destiny 1, returning with the Vault of Glass raid. This is a heavy-weight rocket launcher with the potential to be devastating, so a good one to pick up, especially when paired with Argent Ordnance. Today I am going to look at Hezen Vengence, the stats, the god roll guide for PVP and PVE plus how to get Hezen Vengence in Destiny 2.

Hezen Vengence Stats

Hezen Vengence is a Legendary Power Solar Rocket Launcher which is an Aggressive Frame meaning high damage, high recoil. Looking at the stats we have Stability 36, Handling 31, Reload Speed 64, Velocity 81, Blast Radius 60, Rounds Per Minute 25, Magazine 1.

Hezen Vengence God Roll Guide

For PVE Volatile Launch, Alloy Casing, Overflow, and Vorpal Weapon would be a decent roll. Volatile Launch increases the blast Radius, at the cost of handling and velocity and Alloy Casing vastly increases reload speed. Overflow has the effect of picking up Special or Heavy ammo reloads the weapon beyond the normal capacity. Another decent roll

For PVP Hard Launch, Black Powder, Autoloading Holster, and Cluster Bomb would be a decent roll. Hard Launch increases Velocity, which is always good in PVP when you are trying to launch a rocket as fast as possible towards another Guardian. Black Powder increases Blast Radius. Autoloading Holster again is pretty useful for PVP, given you want to be reigning down shots continuously on your opponents and Cluster Bomb gives you a wide area of effect damage when firing the rockets. The more explosions

How to get Hezen Vengence

You can only get Hezen Vengence in the Vault of Glass Raid. This Rocket Launcher can drop from a couple of encounters in the raid including Gatekeeper (4th encounter) and Atheon (final encounter). If you don’t have a team together from your clan, then you can always check out the This Week In Video Games Discord and ask in there – we have LFG across all platforms. Or you can use the Bungie Companion app or the Bungie website. The Bungie Companion app is available on iOS and Android, and the Fireteams section in there makes it very easy to find a raid team.

We also have the Timelost version of Hezen Vengence coming. That is likely to be coming with the increased difficulty version for Vault of Glass, coming on July 6th 2021.

Let me know down in the comments what rolls you got for Hezen Vengence, plus which rolls you are chasing.
