Destiny 2 – How to get Hailing Confusion (Legendary Pulse Rifle)

Hailing Confusion is a new Pulse Rifle put into the game which is part of the Europa set of weapons. This is a fine Pulse Rifle and particularly good this season given some of the mods are catering towards pulse rifle uses. Today I am going to have a look at the weapon, the stats, the rolls to chase for PVE and PVP plus how to get the weapon.

Hailing Confusion weapon stats and rolls to chase

Hailing Confusion is a Legendary Kinetic Pulse Rifle which is an Adaptive Frame meaning it has a well-rounded grip, reliable and sturdy. Looking at the stats this one has Impact 29, Range 43, Stability 57, Handling 47, Reload Speed 48, Rounds Per Minute 390 and Magazine 36.

The curated roll comes with Slideways where sliding partially reloads the magazine and boosts handling and stability. It also comes with Demolitionist, Extended Mag and Polygonal Rifling for an increase in stability. For PVE Surplus and Wellspring would be good, two very good new perks in Beyond Light. For PVP Quickdraw and Zen Moment would be good.

How to get Hailing Confusion

To get this weapon you can pick it up during the Beyond Light campaign. Once you are done with the campaign and you want to farm for this then you can open up Variks’ weapon missions by unlocking Europan Explorer I on his sabotage menu. Once you do this, go to page 2 on Variks’ menu and you’ll see the Europa Pulse Rifle mission, where you can get Hailing Confusion. This mission cost 30 herealways pieces, and you can check out a guide for farming herealways pieces here. This is probably the best and quickest way to farm for this weapon specifically. You also have a chance at the weapon to drop from random high-value targets around Europa. When the wind and the snow pick up, check the bottom left-hand corner and you’ll see the high-value target notification. Kill one of these and one of the Europa weapons or armour pieces will drop for you.
