Destiny 2 – How to get Coriolis Force (Legendary Fusion Rifle)

Coriolis Force is a new fusion rifle put into the game as part of the Europa set of weapons. It’s pretty unique as it fires a horizontal volley, plus it’s a dangerous weapon in the right hands, specifically for PVE. Today I am going to have a look at the weapon stats, the rolls to chase for PVP and PVE plus how to get the weapon.

Coriolis Force is a Legendary Energy Fusion Rifle. It’s an Aggressive Frame meaning it’s High damage, moderate charge time. Fires a horizontal volley. Looking at the stats we have Impact 70, Range 40, Stability 43, Handling 33, Reload Speed 41, Charge Time 660 and Magazine 6. The curated roll comes with Rangefinder for that increase in range and Killing Wind where final blows increase mobility, range and handling for a short duration. For PVP Under Pressure and Eye of the Storm would be good, for PVE Feeding Frenzy and Thresh would be a good roll.

To get this weapon you have to run through the selectable Empire Hunt from Variks. To unlock these you’ll have to complete the post-campaign missions and then you’ll see 3 Empire Hunts selectable at Variks. The Technocrat Empire Hunt gives you a targetted way to farm Coriolis Force. You can also get the weapon by killing high-value targets around Europa, as they have the chance to drop a weapon or armour when you kill them. Look out for the wind and the snow picking up when on Europa, and keep an eye on the bottom left-hand side of the screen for the high-value target notification. Kill the roaming world boss and some nice loot will drop for you, and maybe it’ll be Coriolis Force. If you want to remove randomness from the process then the Empire Hunt and Killing the Technocrat is going to be your best bet for sure.

Let me know what you think of Coriolis Force down there in the comments and let me know which roll is your favourite.
