Ubisoft have told their fans what to expect from their public beta coming February 7th 2019.
The game has shifted from the dark, dank streets of NYC to the lighter and open setting of Washington DC.
There are varied game modes to experience and it feels like a good look at one of the most anticipated games of the year.
Players will get a chance to rank up to level 7, explore a Dark Zone, do some side missions and check out the 4v4 Skirmish mode. On February 8 players will be allowed access to endgame content for a level 30.
This feels like a great move from Ubisoft as many of these live games as a service games tend to live or die by their end game content. Giving players a taste of what’s to come in the end game can only be a good thing so they get a chance to evaluate the gameplay loop and provide feedback to the developers.
Many felt that by the end of The Division 1 the developers were getting things right, so there’s much anticipation for the next instalment of this franchise.
The demo’s available for all players who preorder the game. You can also sign up here for beta access.
The game launches for PS4, PC, XBOX One on March 15 2019.
